From STU to F-Prepared

Here's my challenge.  Taking a 98% STU car, and making it a trophy worthy F-Prepared car.  There will be some compromises along the way.  I don't want to do anything to the car that can't be put back to a relatively street worthy car.  So that means anything I do need to cut or modify, I first need a replacement part.  I do also have budget limitations in order to continue to stay married.  So some mods, while not ideal, may have to do for the first season.
Here is the plan:
-Drop 800lbs to bring the car down from it's 3163 it was in STU trim, to a goal weight of 2400lbs
-Substantial power gains while maintaining as high of reliability as possible
-Re-tune chassis for increase in grip and power

This will be a huge learning experience for me.  I been researching ans speaking with other Evo autocrossers to get the best plan of attack for doing as much right the first time as possible.  And hopefully people get to enjoy watching this project grow along the way.
